So let’s just cut right to the chase here, shall we?

In case you were skeptical, I feel like this is a pretty good indication that this works. It’s a lot less about what you eat and a lot more about paying attention to what you eat.
And when the food tastes this good? You want to sit up and pay attention.
So what did I eat? Well, for full accountability purposes, I’ve copied and pasted my WW trackers below. (I’m using Weight Watchers for the challenge, but you can use any calorie counting method you want.)
You’ll see, I’m no saint! I took my kiddo to Chick-fil-a for lunch one day, and I couldn’t resist getting a small package of waffle fries. I had a slice of cake with a friend one afternoon and a cupcake with my daughter another afternoon. And last night I had sweet potato fries (and a ZERO POINT MARGARITA, WHAT???) at Chili’s for happy hour with my husband.
Oh, and I ate Pasta with Dandelion Greens, Asian Chicken Noodle Salad, salami & eggs with tomato toasts, and butter braised cod with polenta for dinners.
Does that sound like a “diet” to you? 😉
I made notes on the trackers about how I adjusted the recipes (if at all). You’ll also note that I’m not doing a ton of exercise, either. My goal for this next week is to add in one 5-minute workout, five days a week. (We’ll see!)
