Sugar-Free Update No. 2

Did a little better this week with the no-sugar plan.  I’m actually still doing really well avoiding sugar at home.  I had my dinner party on Friday, and it was a huge success!  I’ll have recipes this week for what I served, including the flourless chocolate cake that was my planned cheat day.

Unfortunately, again it wasn’t my ONLY cheat day; I had the AMAZING opportunity to attend the Culinary India cooking class at Escoffier Boulder today, and I couldn’t refuse the caramelized plantains with vanilla ice cream by Ammini Ramachandran. I didn’t want to be rude, after all!  😉

So, I’m practicing moderation in all things—including moderation.
