My children are happy about dinner again and so is my hubby. It makes things easier on me too.
The Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Kit has been so amazingly helpful to my family. You wouldn’t think something so simple would be so useful but it has been so great for us.
I loved that it helped me get away from cooking the same things over and over again. It made making a menu for the week simple… It has made cooking for my whole family less stressful.

I started worrying about whether my daughter would be a “good” eater before she was even born.
I have struggled through so much of my life with different food issues, and the thought of passing on my hangups about food—and my weight problems—to my precious baby was terrifying. I shed more than a few tears wondering if I would be able to give my daughter a “normal” relationship with food.
Once she started eating solids, every bite was filled with anxiety for me: Is she getting the right nutrition? What do I do when she rejects something? What if she doesn’t like vegetables? How do I make sure she eats a wide variety of foods?
Plus, I don’t know about you? But in my brain, food equals love! Whenever my daughter rejected a food, it felt like she was rejecting me.
In short: I was a MESS at every meal (and not from flying baby food!).
So I started researching everything I could find about how to raise a healthy eater, and that’s when I discovered the Mix & Match Rule and created the Deluxe chart to take the drama out of meal times.
Today, my toddler is a world-class eater. She tries everything we put on her plate—and more often than not, she eats it happily. That goes for everything from peanut butter to sushi and from cookies to raw veggies.

Right now you might be thinking, “That’s great, but that would never work for my family.”
But I’ve designed this product to work for every family—every family that’s willing to work for themselves, that is.
Because, the truth is, a picky eating problem isn’t going to solve itself. It takes time to overcome the habits that your child has developed and to teach her healthier new ones. If you’re looking for the “magic bullet” that will immediately change your picky eater into a gourmande, this isn’t it.
But, if you’re willing to make the changes necessary to teach your child healthy eating habits, then the Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Chart will make that journey much, much easier. Here’s what another mom thought of the chart:
It takes the ‘thinking’ out of it, so the stress of having to plan is taken away…even though I still have to work at making the meals.

Seeing all those different kinds of food that I had ‘forgotten’ about was refreshing. I often find myself in a rut with the choices and tend to forget stuff.
Following this simple plan has helped me open up to see that even though I thought my girl was not eating too many different things she actually was! And I was also given the push to try offering other foods that I thought she would never eat just to try, and to keep presenting.

Here’s a disclaimer though: I am not a doctor or a registered dietitian, and the Mix & Match Meal Chart is not medical advice. Before changing your child’s diet, you should always consult with your pediatrician. Picky eating problems can be very complex, and you and your doctor should discuss any possible medical causes before making a change in your child’s diet.
Huge value, tiny price—but not forever.
If I were to sell this as a subscription-based meal plan, I could easily charge up to $120 a year for these menus—and you saw how many different meals are included, right? You’d have to subscribe for more than 1,500 YEARS to get them all! (I’ll let you do the math on that one—it’s ridiculous!!) But right now I’m giving them all away for a single payment of $9.95 because I want to make feeding your child healthy meals a breeze.
I’m selling it at this ridiculously low price because I want to reward my loyal readers who have stood with me as I’ve started up this website and this business! But I will almost certainly have to raise the price sometime in the future, so don’t delay.
If you’re concerned about your child’s eating habits, the time to start changing them is now. Each day you wait is one more day that your child won’t be getting the nutrition he needs, and one more day that reinforces poor eating habits.
Why not take that first step to change your child’s health and habits? Click “Add To Cart” to get the Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Kit today.
Still have questions?
See if any of these sound like you:
- What if my child won’t even taste new foods?
The Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Kit is based on the Mix & Match Rule; research has shown that kids who are exposed to new foods on a regular basis are more likely to eat a wide variety of foods and happily try new foods. Encouraging your kids to taste new foods begins by making new foods the routine.
- The Mix & Match Rule won’t work for my child, because there are so few foods he will eat.
If your child will eat even two different foods, you can start implementing the Mix & Match Rule and introducing new foods. - What about the rest of the family? I don’t want to fix two different meals.
While the chart was designed with toddlers in mind, it works for everyone. Everyone in the family can enjoy the same foods that your toddler will love. - My child/family has food allergies or a special diet.
It’s easy to customize the food plan for your family’s specific needs. Simply cross off any off-limits foods or replace with alternatives (ie: gluten-free bread for whole wheat bread); with 25 different foods in each food group, you’ll still have plenty of options. Plus, you get a blank chart, so you can easily build your own “clean” version to hang up in the kitchen. - Will these foods be more expensive?
Each of the food charts is based on whole, natural foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. If you’re used to buying mostly processed foods for your picky eater, you might actually see your grocery bill go down. - I don’t have a lot of time to cook.
The beauty of the Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Kit is that the meals you create can be as simple or complex as you like. A meal could consist of roasted salmon with a spring pea risotto and grilled peaches for dessert—or canned salmon, frozen peas, minute rice, and canned peaches. It’s completely up to you. - I’ve tried meal plans before and they don’t fit with my busy life; I never know what I want to fix from one night to the next.
A standard meal plan only offers one meal per day—you either make it or you don’t. With the Deluxe Mix & Match Meal Kit, you have dozens of options open to you every day, so you can fix whatever fits with your schedule and tastes. - Shouldn’t I be able to do this myself?
If you wanted to take the time and the resources to sit down and figure out hundreds of thousands balanced, nutritious meal options for your family, of course you could. This product is designed to save you hours of time and effort to make healthy eating an easy routine. - What if it doesn’t work?
The Mix & Match Rule is just one tool in your arsenal against picky eating, but it’s an important one. In fact, I believe so strongly that implementing the Mix & Match Rule will help your picky eater that I’m offering a 30-day money back guarantee.

My picky eater is a 13yo boy who eats the exact same thing every day for breakfast and lunch. When I make something for dinner, he just looks at it and says eeewwww or yuck before he even tries it. I have been making him eat at least a little bit of it if he says no. That way he at least gets a taste and may end up liking it. Will the mix and match meal chart work for him as well? It’s very frustrating to hear him or other family members not like what I make especially when I have taken the time to plan, shop, and prepare dinner. Thanks, Maria

Hi Maria,
I think the Mix & Match Rule would DEFINITELY work for him, too—with a few small adjustments. Since he is older, I would get him on board with the plan, maybe get creative with a reward system. I’ve had moms put a sticker in the box with a new food every time it’s tried and kids get a reward when they get a certain number of stickers or, whatever. Something similar might work for him. Try to remember that it’s about getting him to try the food, not necessarily like it or even eat more than a bite or two.
You might also have HIM choose the new foods he’s willing to try, and have him fill out the chart. That will make it a lot less onerous for him.
But I think the rule should be that you are going to make one meal, and he can choose to eat it or not, but he doesn’t get to fix himself (or have you fix him) anything different.
And if you’re at all concerned that there might be a sensory processing issue behind his reluctance to eat different foods, bring it up with his doctor. Good luck!!
