I gave this talk for the Rocky Mountain Parents As Teachers group, and it was a ton of fun. I covered three simple strategies for getting your families to eat healthier, and this video covers the first strategy: eat real food.

Remember back in school when the teacher would show you some sort of educational video—maybe it was even a music video—supposed to teach you some lesson, but you and all your friends were too busy laughing at how LAME the video was to even pay attention to what it was about?
Yeah, this is not that video.
